Neon's Stage: Space Station's Toxic Waste Pits (on the walkway)
Stage Description: The horrible smell of toxic waste fills your nose as you step into the walkway above the large lake of toxic waste coming from the main core of the space station, you better hope that the walkway hold from the fighting or both you and you're opponent will be taking a dip in the flesh-melting waste.

[Standing]
Light Punch: Punches opponent in the stomach. (LP)
Heavy Punch: Punches opponent in the face. (HP)
Light Vertical and Horizontal Slash: slashes opponent with  Horizontal or Vertical .   (LP + up or down) for Vertical and (LP + left or right) for Horizontal Slash.
Heavy Vertical and Horizontal Slash: slashes opponent Vertically.   (HP + up or down) for Vertical and (HP + left or right) for Horizontal Slash.
Light Kick: Kicks  opponent  in the chest. (LK)
Heavy Kick:  Kick opponent in the face. (HK) (Knocks the opponent down if unblocked. )
Leg Sweep: Sweeps oppenent's leg from under them (HK + Crouch) (knocking the opponent down if unblocked)
Standing Block: Blocks normal Attacks (BLCK)

[Normal Moves - Crouching]
Light Punch: Same as Light Punch. (Crouch + LP)
Heavy Punch: Uppercuts oppenent (Crouch + HP)
Light Vertical and Horizontal Slash: does a fast slash with his blades. (Crouch + LP) (same way as above)
Heavy Vertical and Horizontal Slash: does a slower but stronger slash with his blades . (Crouch + HP) ) (same way as above)
Light Kick: does a kick in front of him with his right foot. (Crouch + LK)
Heay Kick: does a slide kick on the ground. (Crouch + HK)  (Knocks the opponent down if unblocked)
Crouching block: Blocks crouching attacks (Crouch + BLCK)

[Normal Moves - Jumping]
Light Punch:  punches fowards with his left hand. (Jump + LP)
Heavy Punch: punches downwards with his left hand and cause a shockwave. (Jump + LP)
Spinning Slash:  Spins in the air towards opponent and slashes him with both blades (Jump + LP or HP + Direction pad)  (replaces Light and heavy Vertical and Horizontal Slash)
Flying Knee:  Flies foward and smashes  oppenent's face (Jump + LK)
Flying  Roundhouse: Spining Roundhouse to opponent's face (Jump + HK)
Jumping Block: Blocks jumping attacks (Jump + BLCK)
[Special Moves]
Teleport: Teleports behind opponent (Back, Back HK)
Charge: Charges at opponents (Foward , Foward , Foward , LP)
Sword Boomarang: Throws sword at opponents which come back after hitting or missing opponent (Back, Back, Foward, HP)
Jarate: Throws Jars of piss in a arc at opponent which make them take more dmg for 5 sec (Foward, Foward, Up , LK)
[Finishing Moves]
Darkside Unleashed: Neon's eyes turn blood red as his loses control and grabs his head in pain as he transforms into his darkside when he looks up his mouth twisted into a murderous smile  and his eyes glowing red as the screen fades to black he proceeds to lunge at the opponent with his blades the opponents screams are heard as his dismembers the poor victim. as the screen comes back the opponent has been brutality dismembered and has mulitple knife sticking out of body parts neon grabs his head in pain again as he transforms back to normal.
